We can collect your console for £15.00 or you can send your console to us, we will provide further information on how to pack the console and where to send it to once your order has been paid.

NO FIX NO FEE POLICY T&C's

GWD will refund the cost of this service if we are unable to repair your unit under the following conditions:

Your Xbox 360 MUST arrive with us with the original Xbox 360 Microsoft warranty label intact.
 
If your Xbox 360 has already had an attempt made to fix the 3 red light (RROD red ring of death) we cannot refund if we are not successful. We are happy to still try and repair the fault.

Please note postage is not refunded under this policy, just the cost of the repair.

If we are unable to repair your Xbox 360, a refund will be issued, we will notify you via email then return your Xbox 360.

FIX RATE.
GWD FIXES approx 95% of all 3rl 3 red light Xbox 360's that arrive in our workshops that HAVE NOT been attempted before. If your Xbox 360 arrives with a previous attempt made to the unit our fix rate drops to 60%-70%. Please consider this before ordering and sending your 360 to us for repair.

Had a gen 1, 360 with the RROD (0102 error). Despite some initial problems with courier (which I stress, was NOT GWD's fault), Ben was very courteous and helpful. Stupid me also failed to mark up the box with my order number, once again phoned in, described the box, and Ben was pleasant enough, was not rude, and understood. I was kept posted via E-Mail and my GWD account on the situation of the repair. Having arrived at GWD, my 360 was back with me not a week later and is still playing, and running Media Centre with no problems whatsoever. Do NOT believe the bad press about these guys. They are awesome, and do NOT deserve it. My 360 has never played or even sounded healthier, runs like a dream and boots up every time I switch it on. There was a label on the side saying if the RROD remained, leave it on for an hour to set and switch it off and back on, but I didn't even have to do that. It booted straight away. Thankyou guys, very very appreciated. If any of my consoles screw up, I know EXACTLY where I'm spending my money!! GWD for sure!!

went and met Ben and Dean on saturday after my 3 hour drive to them was met with a very warm welcome took them 30 mins to fix my 360 and it was a pleasure to meet them. these guys are the best in the business as far as i am concerned and all my friends and colleges who have any games consols with problems or pc`s i will be sending there way. first class service , first class company. i am really heppy i foind these guys as i live in the middle of knowhere in west wales and no chance of finding anyone who can fix hardware so i will defenatly be doing more business with these guys and after 2 months of looking finally i`m back playing my beloved 360 so Ben and Dean thanks a million guys and see you soon cheers Simon

After my console was afflicted with the dreaded 'red ring of death' after only 1 year, I rang the guys at Gamesworld Direct and they were very helpful. Sent my console Friday, received it back minus RROD the following Wednesday! So far so good, customer service was top notch, I WILL BE COMING BACK!

Excellent service from start to finish. An issue with the fix only working for 2 weeks, but With a simple call x box was back with GWD. Couldnt fix a second time so was offerd a referb, (a bonous because mine was banned off live) unfortunatly this was also faulty with a sound fault. So after another call to GWD it was back off to get sorted. After speaking to Ben he assured me that this was very uncommon, and because of the messing on involved he would send me out a brand new unit, (which he did). So although they was some problems i believe they were not caused by GWD but just circumstances. GWD have been brilient from start to finish, with customer care to be proud of, So thanks again GWD and thanks Ben for excellent service.

Great job with the repair and much friendlier service than you'd have any right to expect from an online store - some issues with the collection service caused a lost star, but if there was a 4 and a half option, these guys would be worth it! :)

I ordered this fix with a collection, but due to unfortunate issues with requiring a gate code to get into my residence, the collection never came and I had to post the 360 in myself. It's not clear where things messed up with getting my gate code to the collection company, but what is clear is that Gameworld Direct have been ready and eager to help out every step of the way. My 360 just arrived today and is working good as new so far. All in all, a very helpful service even through some rough patches.
