Description

Xbox 360 iXtreme upgrade service for all SAMSUNG, HITATCHI and BENQ DVD drives.

Send your 360 to us or have us collect it (see FAQ tab for collection service information)

Once your Xbox 360 arrives we will professionally upgrade it to the latest version of iXtreme to enable you to play backups. All our installation services have a 6 month warranty that covers any fault caused by the installation service, for more comprehensive cover please read our warranty info.

Your Xbox 360 will be in our workshop for an average of 24 hours, then returned to you on our next day courier service.

If you are unsure which drive type you have please read our FAQ tab or call our office to check. Please note this service is NOT for Liteon DVD drives, please check our Xbox 360 installation section for Liteon upgrade services.

With all modified Xbox 360 consoles, please use Xbox Live at your own risk.

Silver Cover:
Silver covers the following:
6 Months. All Hardware Covered.
We will repair or replace the console within 2 weeks of receiving the faulty console.
Customer pays for all postage costs.
Doesn't cover Live update failures or 3 red light errors
Warranty sticker must be intact.
No limits.

Please note if your console is repaired or replaced your cover runs until the expiry date on your original warranty. The warranty sticker on the console must be intact otherwise the repair will incur our standard repair costs.

Gold Cover:
Gold covers the following:

FAQs

Q.  Delivery and Collection?

A. We charge a flat rate of £7.95 to send your console back to you, this fee is added during the later stages of the checkout process, as part of the product description there is a dropdown option to have your console collected for £12, total collect and return cost £19.95. Please note the collection charge is added as part of the product price, e.g.
Install service £19.99 plus collection £12.00, will show a cart value on 1st checkout page of £31.99 (this includes your collect fee) Then a further £7.95 will be added when selecting RETURN postage making a total of £39.94, this total includes collecting the console, performing the service and returning back to you. For more details of this service if you are unsure, please call our offices.

Q. Which DVD drive type do I have ? Samsung, Hitatchi, Benq or liteon ?

A. You can check your drive by removing the faceplate from the front of the 360, then directly under the number 3 of 'xbox 360' written on the DVD bezel is either a small oval hole that you can see a wire through, or a small oval hole that is covered (cant see into the drive) depending on the wire colour or if the hole is blocked will tell you the DVD drive type:

Hole is covered - Hitatchi
RED wire - Samsung
WHITE wire - Benq
YELLOW wire - Liteon

Q. What version firmware/softmod do you use ?

A. We always use the latest version, currently iXtreme v1.4.1


Q. What does stealth backups mean? do i need to do anything ?

A. Stealth backup games, means they are identical copies to the originals with no data/files missing. You do not need to do anything else to get these to work.

I've had two xbox's done by these guys so far and i wouldn't go anywhere else, the upgrade is working fine still in mine and my friends xbox. I've told all my friends to jump on this and you should to. I dont bother with xbox anymore they take far to long to get things done and sometimes its not done right so there is another 3 week wait to get my xbox back. Thanks guys i will defo be back again. Perfect company to deal with. I personally drove up from anglesey, North Wales to get this done(185 miles round trip). They opened up specially for me(sunday) and i had 2 consoles done at the same time. Explained everything fully and really couldnt have been nicer to deal with. Dont hesitate to deal with these guys, TOP BLOKES. Even offered a discount for having done multiples. Really its worth every penny. Thanks again!!
